At Bueno Belle, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in providing high-quality, ready-to-wear clothing from top Pakistani brands, carefully selected and prepared for our customers in Spain and across Europe.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 


We accept returns only in cases where the item received has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue. To qualify for a return:

 

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 


Returns will not be accepted for:

 

  • Minor variations in color or embroidery, which are common in handmade and textile-based products.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, negligence, or incorrect washing.

  • Items where tailoring or alterations have been done by the customer or third parties.

 

 

 

 

2. Return Process

 


To initiate a return, please:

  2. Submit clear photos or videos of the product showing the defect.

  3. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.

 


Once your return is approved:

 

  • You may be required to ship the item back at your expense, unless the defect is confirmed to be our fault or a manufacturing issue.

  • Returned goods must reach us within 7 calendar days of return approval.

 

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

  • If the return is accepted, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the defect.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange as an alternative.
